Eugene Griffin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Franklin University and an Associate Degree from Alfred State College. Licensed in several states, he has over 30 years of practical engineering experience.

Known as a problem solver, Gene has worked with healthcare staff to decide the best and most economical systems for their facility. Gene encourages his staff to push the envelope on every project.

He has been a champion and proponent of sustainable design and the LEED ® design program. Gene enjoys weight training and playing golf.

Todd Mace obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University. Todd is a registered engineer in many states including Ohio and Illinois and has over 25 years of experience.

Improving communication between the Owner and the design team is one Todd's main priorities. Under his leadership the company developed the "CCW", a web application that streamlines communication between Dynamix, contractors, and clients.

Todd established the golden rule policy that requires employees to answer questions within 24-hours of initial contact. The Knowledge Group was formed under Todd's tutelage. The Knowledge Group; a skilled employee think tank, is tasked with helping maintain industry leadership and growth within the company's design groups.

Todd promotes new concepts including geothermal systems, chilled beams and new and reusable ways to use energy. He has been at the forefront of the energy efficiency and sustainability movement before the general public was aware of the need for sustainable design.

Todd is health conscious and enjoys playing golf.

Garry Montgomery has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Franklin University and studied at The Ohio State University.

With 20 years of experience, Garry has engineered intricate technology systems for healthcare facilities. As a RCDD, Garry is abreast of the latest technologies. He led the charge to create the first hospital in Ohio planned for paperless delivery and utilizing wireless services to create an innovative patient/visitor/staff experience.

Garry manages production efforts for the firm. His goal is to provide interactive, service-based, consulting engineering. Garry managed the implementation of BIM (3-D) design services for Dynamix Engineering.

He is a member of NSPE, NFPA, and BiCSi. Garry is an excellent presenter and teaches classes for the Builder's Exchange. He is also an instructor of Tae Kwon Do as part of the US National Tae Kwon Do Federation.

Craig Buchholz is a Senior Associate and Technology Design Group Leader for Dynamix Engineering. Craig manages the technology design group for Dynamix which provides master planning, assessment, and design of data, video, voice, professional sound reinforcement, security, mass notification and supporting systems for the company's healthcare, educational and institutional clients.

Craig is well respected in the industry and brings over 16 years of field experience as a contractor and live sound engineer. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Craig is a Registered Communication Distribution Designer and a member of BiCsi. In his free time, Craig enjoys skiing and long distance bike riding.

Ken Goodson is a Senior Associate at Dynamix Engineering Ltd. During his tenure, he has had the opportunity to be a project manager on several influential projects around the State of Ohio.

Ken managed and designed the construction of the new Springfield Regional Medical Center, Dublin Methodist Hospital, the McConnell Heart Care Center and Emergency Department at Riverside Methodist Hospital, several projects at the Chillicothe, Dayton, and Cincinnati Department of Veteran Affairs and multiple renovations at Central State University.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University. Additionally, Ken is registered as a Professional Engineer with the State of Ohio and a LEED Accredited Professional.

In his spare time, Ken is a painter and sculptor. He has displayed artwork in the Short North, Dynamix Engineering, and the Bar of Modern Art. In addition, Ken has donated artwork to Dublin Methodist Hospital, Camp Sunrise and Charity Newsies.

Brent Long earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University. He is a Senior Associate for Dynamix Engineering and a Design Group Leader. As an Educational Design Group Leader, he has managed several notable projects including Cincinnati Public Schools Woodward Technical High School and Pleasant Ridge Elementary School which is the first OSFC LEED Certified School. He also managed the Princeton Local Schools projects and the COSI Labs in Life project.

Brent is leading the charge at Dynamix Engineering to motivate and train associates to become LEED Accredited Professionals. He is a vital component of the company's Knowledge Group.

Brent is active in several organizations including the Columbus ASHRAE Chapter (Board Member) and the Columbus A/E bowling league (Past President). He is an avid, but humble golfer. He enjoys spending time with his family and loves to watch movies.

Dave Schoen, has been with Dynamix Engineering since the firm's inception. As a Senior Associate and Design Group Leader, Dave has led the healthcare and educational teams. Currently, he is an educational Project Manager.

Dave has managed projects for the Columbus City Schools, McConnell Heart Center and Emergency Department at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Maple Heights City Schools and New Albany Plain Local Schools to name a few.

Dave has a vast range of experience in the design and construction industry. Prior to joining Dynamix, he managed fire alarm and security installations.

Dave enjoys snow skiing and sailing with his family.

Lee Anne Dye is a Senior Associate and Healthcare Design Group Leader for Dynamix Engineering. She is responsible for system evaluations and design documentation as well as construction drawings, specifications and site investigations.

She has managed several healthcare projects for Dynamix Engineering including the Licking Memorial Critical Care Pavilion and the Doctors Hospital Emergency Department/Medical Education Addition.

Lee Anne spends her time away from the office cruising through the Hocking Hills area on the back of a Harley with friends, or helping out family on any home project that involves paint and power tools.

Doug Smith earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and Masters in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School. He is an Engineering Manager for Dynamix Engineering.

Doug manages the Owner Direct Group for Dynamix which provides Engineering/Architecture Designs, Facility Assessments, Energy Audit/Conservation Projects, Infrastructure Improvements, and Construction Administration for both public and private clients. Doug is very knowledgeable with building automation systems and Mechanical Design.

Doug is a member of ASHRAE. He has served as President and Chairman on several civic and community boards. Doug enjoys spending time with his family, takes more strokes than the average golfer, and is an active youth teacher.
