Client: City of ColumbusDynamix Engineering performed a heating system review and an evaluation with recommendations for a system upgrade or replacement to various buildings on the Hap Creman campus. In addition, a plant heat demand study was done to determine the facility’s heating requirements and recommendations were made for a new or modified heating scheme. The project required an overall heating system replacement plan which addressed various heating system costs such as installation and annual operating maintenance. A benefit cost analysis was also provided on this project. Lastly, the project required an investigation of the asbestos hazardous abatement activity.
