Client: Cuyahoga Community College Westshore Campus

Cuyahoga Community College developed a new campus on a 32-acre brownfield site around Cleveland, Ohio. The project is the first of three phases. The first phase includes a 65,000 SF multi-purpose classroom building. Dynamix Engineering provided the site work, utility planning and electrical and technology engineering designs for the first building. Dynamix’s engineering designs included the electrical, lighting, power, fire alarm, data/video/voice cabling infrastructure, paging (mass notification), clock systems, security, CCTV, phone and data systems. Dynamix also designed a “high voltage” campus loop system to support the current and future phases of the project. The project is seeking LEED Silver certification.
