COSI — Labs in Life

COSI’s Labs in Life is a cutting edge laboratory that offers three new adjoining functional physical research laboratories. Researchers from The Ohio State University will use the 300 ft² laboratories to conduct research studies on physical activity, body composition and nutrition.

Adjoining the laboratories is a small office space for six team members. Additionally, male and female rest rooms with shower facilities and changing rooms adjoin the spaces. A storage area large enough to store supporting equipment was included. Sustainable design were incorporated into the project.

Labs in Life is a joint venture with The Ohio State University and seeks to bring functional research laboratories into the Life exhibition area.
