City of Columbus — Northbank Park and Pavilion

Dynamix provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering designs including lighting designs for both a pavilion and concession building and all park walkways. The project is along the Scioto River and in the Columbus Arena District. The project has a river walk and urban section. The park features a pavilion and a designated concessions building.

The pavilion building is a glass and brick enclosed shelter house. The attached concession building houses the mechanical and electrical equipment for the shelter house and the associated fountain. The concession building also features a kitchen, restroom, office space and storage space. The site also features crew boat storage.
