As a premier facility, Riverside Methodist Hospitals new ED/Heart Center was ranked by U.S. News Best Hospitals 2004 as one of the top 50 Heart and Heart Surgery Hospitals in the nation.

Dynamix Engineering Ltd. provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology design for the new 250,000 ft² facility which includes 99 patient rooms. The new heart center and emergency department features a new CT scan, radiology, public concourses, meeting spaces, X-ray rooms, cath labs and inpatient/outpatient care areas.
