Recreational Projects
Recreational projects are an integral portion of our project portfolio. Today’s recreational facilities require conveniences that are designed to complement an athlete’s growth and support the team’s goals.
Our recreational experience encompasses a wide array of facilities that consists of professional sports stadiums, collegiate stadiums, high school stadiums, in-door physical fitness facilities, natatoriums, recreation centers and training facilities.
Dynamix Engineering can provide recreational facilities with cutting edge systems that support the athlete’s needs. Unique features that can be considered are specialty lightening, advanced ESPN sound systems, wireless technology systems, and mechanical systems that are conducive to the environment.
City of Columbus – New Huntington Park Baseball Stadium
Electrical and technology engineering was provided for the new AAA baseball stadium which will house the Columbus Clippers baseball team. Dynamix Engineering designed the power distribution systems, lighting systems, including perimeter decorative systems, lighting control systems, CCTV surveillance including night time infrared, access control, and data/voice cabling infrastructures to support the facility.
Beatty Recreation Center – Renovation of Recreation Facility
Dynamix was involved in a major renovation project at the Beatty Recreation Center. The center upgraded its electric services and air conditioning. The center also wanted to create better supervision of the visitors so the main entrance was relocated closer to the reception counter which includes blocking-up the existing entrance with glass block, creating new opening with new aluminum entrance doors, new concrete (continued)
City of Columbus – Northbank Park and Pavilion
Dynamix provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering designs including lighting designs for both a pavilion and concession building and all park walkways. The project is along the Scioto River and in the Columbus Arena District. The project has a river walk and urban section. The park features a pavilion and a designated concessions building.
